Fantastic customer service!!! Lucia and staff went above and beyond to take care of us during our time in Porto Cesareo. We ran into trouble with our rental car and they did everything possible to help - making phone calls, directions and scheduling transfers. Treated us like family! In addition, was a lovely hotel, perfect location and excellent breakfast.

4 star hotel, new elegant structure but with a family atmosphere from all the super efficient staff. Elegant and clean environments. Basic but comfortable rooms, bathroom with super shower. Large balcony with sea view. Good soundproofing. Abundant and excellent quality buffet breakfast. Excellent combination of quality and price. We'll be back next year! Thank you

I stayed with my family at this property in July 2023, for 6 days. Beautiful hotel, central and convenient for reaching the most beautiful beaches. Very kind staff. Discreet cleaning of the common areas, of the room, superficial. Enjoy your breakfast. Average prices. Excellent view from the room we were assigned, equipped with a splendid, albeit not very clean, terrace. However, we should have stayed 5 days, we added an overnight stay. Overall I would recommend it just as I would advise the managers and/or owners to take better care of the cleanliness in general and perhaps the "customers"... reasons for which I do not give the full score.
